• Accountable for the quality and workmanship of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of Engineering construction relating to civil.• Closely monitoring and inspecting all the works and carrying out as per the approved ITP and highlighting and notifying the same to the site team.• Initial inspection prior and final inspection with consultant of structural element such as raft, solid slab, PT slab, staircase and verticals including core wall as per structural standards and PQP.• Apply and carrying out Authority inspections(DDA/DM). • Co-ordination with the various disciplines such as MEP, Infrastructure, Landscape, 3rd parties to ensure all the necessary clearances are obtained for concreting. • Responsible for QA/QC documentation and follow up of them for the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection request, non-compliance notice, site inspection notice.• Arranging weekly QA/QC meeting to highlight the quality issues and preparation of Minutes of Meetings for records and the betterment of project.• Supervise and co-ordinate for effective implementation of test related to Geo-technical lab such as FDT and Casting of cube mold along with the slump check for workability for compressive strength and durability test. • Scrutinize the test reports prior to submitting for consultant review.• Review quality of material and structural element at the site and ensure in compliance with the project specification guidelines such as application of curing agent or any repair works if necessary and get it rectified in accordance to the structural standards.• Develop method of statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and work procedure and checklist based on project quality plan.• Preparation of Project close out documents and De-snagging for Handing over.
