• Working closely with technical planning/project management departments I help produce project plans and technical documents to ensure successful project delivery. As senior engineer I worked as part of a team responsible for the installation and maintenance of point to point and point to multipoint fixed wireless systems. This involved working with microwave & millimetre wave radio systems, on both licensed & unlicensed spectrum ranging from 5 GHz to 80 GHz. These sites included tower, rooftop & business park locations which could also include the installation of rackmount equipment (patch panels, routers, switches) whilst liaising with the NOC to ensure remote access & integration to the network. Other equipment installed included LTE CPE & antenna to provide resilience & failover connectivity. As well as this, I worked on the UPS upgrade rollout which involved the installation, build & configuration of (DC) UPS systems & monitoring for a number of base stations across Lancashire. Vendors worked with: Ceragon, Siklu, Bridgewave, Cambium, Motorola, Mimosa & Mikrotik
