I had numerous injuries over my career and I wish I had a coach along the way that could have guided me to better choices when it came to my athletic journey. I am dedicated to help as many people as possible, and show them the way to a more athletic and happier life.I work hard every day to get better at not only what I do, but to express what is possible to everyone coming to D8 Training. I am a huge believer of leading by example, so that I can show others that anything is possible, no matter your circumstances or age.
