At Farlinium, I delivered a wide variety of services to clients of all sizes as part of a boutique data-science and big data consultancy, eventually heading the BI Analytics / Data Engineering practice and serving as a CX consultant and business analyst for a Fortune 10 eCommerce enterprise. My work directly contributed to revenue and capabilities growth.

I worked closely with the Experience Analytics team at Sam's Club to navigate the dramatic changes COVID-19 had on member shopping habits, contact center operations, and order fulfillment. I served as the team's SME for Voice-To-Text (VTT) contact center analytics with Clarabridge, as well as spearheading data engineering and integration efforts using Databricks on Azure.
