Work on offshore compressor, pump, nitrogen booster, diesel engine …Duties and Responsibilities:• Maintain and Repair fleet of diesel driven pumps /Compressors and ancillary equipment• Troubleshoot and analyze equipment malfunction• Perform maintenance and repairs on various heavy equipment• Remove and replace major equipment components• Perform preventative maintenance• Carry out refurbishment of equipment to OEM standards.• Record parts and supply usage• Read and implement mobile equipment maintenance manuals• Identify required repair parts and supplies to minimize down time• Maintain detailed reports of corrective actions required to keep equipment in a safe operable condition.• Maintain working relationship with key suppliers to aid and assist as required• Document using the required forms of the maintenance and repair work performed• Perform all work in accordance with EnerMech’s environmental and safety policies• Comply with company’s QA procedures at all time

• Demonstrate proficiency in the repair and diagnosis of - with some assistance: Engines (gas and diesel), Power train to include differentials, transmissions, clutches, drive shafts, PTO's and wheel ends, Electrical systems including starters and alternators, HVAC systems Steering systems, Electronics to include ECM's, ECU's, sensors etc., Engine bolt on items such as turbos, fan clutches, injectors, cooling system etc., Brake systems including ABS, Suspension systems (spring and air)• Perform mechanical and general appearance reconditioning of equipment for "trade-ins" and prepare new equipment for delivery.• Identify and determine parts required for repair of disassembled units• Perform all levels of preventive maintenance services on truck and trailer equipment• Identify warrantable repairs and document on repair order• Maintain work area appearance and safety• Road test Vehicles when necessary to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure that they are working properly.• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, and precision instruments, as well as power tools such as pneumatic wrenches, welding equipment, and jacks and hoists.• Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition.• Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery.• Adjust and replace brakes, tighten bolts and screws, and reassemble equipment.• Raise trucks, buses, and heavy parts or equipment using hydraulic jacks or hoists.• Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments such as handheld computers, motor analyzers, chassis charts, and pressure gauges.• Examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices.Inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to factory specifications.

· Responsible for accurately and efficiently performing diversified tasks relating toproduct installation, troubleshooting, and repair on Top Drives. · Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and various other mechanical system components utilizing drawings, schematics and flow charts. · Maintain company issued tools and be knowledgeable and skillful in the use of these tools · Install, service and repair company manufactured equipment. This includes placement of equipmentas well as routing and termination of company equipment included: Catwalk, Power Building, Power Wrench, Top Drive and Rigwatch.

· Borescope turbine engine cold and hot section· Perform major overhaul of various turbine engines and helicopters · Deployed to Afghanistan. Conducted daily aircraft work on post and dart mission off post. · Trained new soldiers in aircraft turbine engine trouble shooting. · Repair of hydraulic, fuel and electrical systems · Engine disassemble, inspection and repair · Repair of aluminum, steel and fiberglass airframes /coverings · Maintain engine assemblies and engine systems on Blackhawks ,Chinooks and Apaches · Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions· Perform limited maintenance operational checks · Use and maintain common/special tools · Prepare requests for turn-ins and repair parts
