All of the changes in the organization of UWV are managed by project professionals of our division OPP. In order to let these professionals excel, I am developing new or current interventions on IT and HR management. Together with two professionmanagers, we provide the best suitable support for our professionals.

In support of the management of our division, I was responsible for the monthly and quarterly reports. From these reports, I was able to analyse trends and form recommendations that improved the organization and processes. In the implementation of these recommendations I had a leading, consulting or supportive role, depending on the subject and my expertise.

The assigment contained an analysis of the current IT and process structure of the process of completion of new build residences, a comparison of the current and desired situation, recommendations and a step-by-step plan to get to the desired situation.

After reviewing the internal processes, procedures and information stream, I put up recommendations for improvements in quality, lead time and, in the end, the profit of the organization. During this process, I was continuesly in touch with the management team and the employees on my progress through presentations. At the end of this internship I was allowed to contribute to the implementation plan of my recommendations.

In my job as a distribution assistant, I was responsible for the implementation of a new system of control on the distribution of the newspapers. My tasks were to ensure that all of the distrubution points of the newspaper were adapted to the new system and that all the legal issues regarding this implementation were taken care of.

My assignment was to perform a feasibility study for a new possible way of 'recycling' the free distributed newspapers by Metro Holland.
