Stolen Couch Games was founded during the third year at the HKU. We got assigned to design several multiplayer modes for Chime Multiplayer for OneBigGame and Zoë Mode. The most popular mode, Versus Mode got incorporated in the release of the official Chime Multiplayer for PSN,For our graduation at the HKU in 2011 we developed the iPad Action-RPG Kids vs Goblins. During this we learned a great deal of do's and dont's about game development and developing for mobile platforms.Kids vs Goblins released in iPad 2, iPhone 4s, Mac and PC in March 2012. Kids vs Goblins was our way to show the world what we are capable off. At Stolen Couch Games I am Lead 3D Artist, and Technical Artist. As I am the only 3D artist in the company I am responsible for all the 3D assets of the games and projects of Stolen Couch Games. I do all the character, prop and environment modeling and animation and make sure all the assets are prepared correctly for further use in Unity3D.As Technical Artist I am the link between the Tech department and the Artist department. I make sure everything ends up correctly in the engine and it all looks great in our games.

Stolen Couch Games a 'student company' that I started at the HKU for the thrid year project. We made a proof of concept of Chime Muliplayer by order of OneBigGame and Zoë Mode. During this project I took the roll of programmer because the project did not need my artistic skills. I wanted to do this for two reasons; I would otherwise have to leave the group because there would be no need for me to be there, and because I thought it would be good practice to gain more knowledge of programming. It was be a great opportunity to upgrade my skills in programming. I learned quite a lot by the direction of the other programmer, Casper van Beuzekom.
