- Spearheaded the development and support of several leadership courses at both bachelor's and master's levels, including "Leadership in a Complex World," "Business Leadership for Engineers," "Leadership Skills for Engineers," and “Political Decision-making.”- Collaborated extensively with an interdisciplinary team comprising professors, PhD candidates, students, consultants, and mental coaches.

- Responsible for maintaining with the rowing clubs’ financial partners and cultivating new relations.

- Coaching a women's competitive rowing crew for two years.

- Training every day in a crew of eight while adhering to a strict diet with the goal of winning the year's lightweight Freshman’s eight rowing competition.

- Responsible for the financial part and acquisition of the year book published yearly by the rowing club.
