Assisting Spanish and English language teachers at KSH, a high school in Hoofddorp

Qualitative Study of the Company's Safety Culture

At the company’s European HR center I was responsible for managing long term stays for Dutch and Belgian employees elsewhere, and employees from all over the world that were coming to live in Holland and Belgium. I had to work closely together with the transferees, the advisors who were responsible for the other countries, and the many third-party service providers.

In order to support the company’s IT-technicians in several EMEA countries I was responsible for the delegation of tasks and making sure the tasks were completed on time. This required close collaboration with the technicians, a customer-oriented attitude towards the end-users, and an organized style of working.

In the brand’s two fashion stores I was responsible for establishing a good relationship with the customers and for visually merchandising the stores’ interior.

For the Dutch TV show "Gooische Vrouwen" I worked as a production assistant. I was a runner and helped on set.

For this luxury fashion brand I was responsible for assisting customers while visiting the various stores in Amsterdam. Always keeping in mind the brand’s image and maintaining a positive customer experience.

As a fulltime ski instructor in one of the biggest ski resorts of North America I taught grown-ups and children of all skiing levels. I passed two exams during this season (level 2 ski instructor for the CSIA) and became “Rookie of the Year 2005-2006”.
