As lead developer in Aratus logistics I helped to solve some major problems in the logistics behind storage and processing of goods for some of the biggest distributors. The result was a emergency warehouse management system that is still in use at some locations today ( 2020 ).

We provide database administration, development of medium sized solutions and maintenance of existing solutions. We also build advanced (flash) websites and CMS platforms.

From my company I provided a lot of services as database administrator and troubleshooter to Woonzorg Nederland. I did a lot of work with mainly SQL-Server, WocasX, DBS, Diskis, and finished the development of the KVS system, a portal for employees at customer services, programmed in C#.

Webspace hosting runs it's servers to provide hosting to my clients and the the clients of Webspacedesign. The primary reason for this is that it takes time to communicate with other hosting providers. This way we can set up a domain and the required additions in realtime. This saves us 1 to 2 hours in the development of a new website.

In the role as senior developer at Webspace design I took the lead in the more difficult problems and the education of new technical staff members.

I worked as an sound technician for a few years. I'm mainly a light technician but I got in the position to do sound at some of the Netherlands main locations.

The first application I developed ( I'm still proud of it ), was a correspondence system in MS-Word which created documents both based on triggers from the NCCW system and on free templates. Next to this I have build some other in house applications and provided first and second-line support. In the last year we took the first steps in the establishment of a data-management / data-warehouse department. The best description would be Technical Application Manager but this function did not exist at this time.

First "Operator Groep Delft" connected me to some phone company. I don't know which one any more. It was kind of a job not well defined. After this they dropped me at "Woningbedrijf Amsterdam". There I actually started my carrier as system administrator / database administrator / programmer and application manager.
