Project leader at Philips Lighting (Turnhout, BE plant). Project goals: Analyze the impact of sustainable lighting for consumers, the amount of market cannibalization between the different sustainable lighting technologies. To reach this goal, we performed various product benchmarks, surveys, took in-depth interviews with important market influencers and did lobbying work with the European Union. It was my goal as a team leader to structure the project in its initial stage and perform the analysis of the acquired data. The project had a fixed time schedule of one year.
