I joined Flourish as first employee in 2017. My main responsibility was to look after the design of the platform, data visualization templates and branding/marketing in preparation for the first beta launch of Flourish. After the first beta launch my job also involved getting Flourish into newsrooms and making sure Flourish could become the main data visualisation tool for journalists.

Made some websites during studying 💸

Eclectro was one of the biggest Dutch blogs about electronic music. No money involved, just passion and love for music. Next to writing, I also designed a lot of things for the Eclectro website. This was a great opportunity to learn and this was the place I got really excited about the combination of journalism and technology.

Kraak & Smaak is a trio of dance producers from the Netherlands serving up an eclectic mix of electronic, funk and downbeat music. I managed their online marketing and promotion. My work ranged from social media strategies to designing and building the new website.
