There are now nearly 2,000 Dealers involved in the program in both the US and Canada.• Successfully implemented a channel incentive system for Valeant (six major brands) and Mentor (http://medicisvaluedpartner.com/Account/Login ), focusing on health care providers in the cosmetic and plastic surgery industry. This is a very complex financial transaction and processing system with over 27,000 health care providers in the US, seven different special programs, hundreds of SKUs, and processing over $ 9 million in rebates annually.• Implemented a new Pre-Paid Visa, Pre-Paid Amex Card, and Gift Card fulfillment processing. Added additional security and financial controls to comply with PCI and the numerous state and local regulations covering rebates, rebate processing, sweepstakes, and escheatment regulations.• Implemented a new on-line Consumer Rebate promotion system, including a mobile or smart phone application, where consumers can take a snapshot of a QR code and upload a photo of their rebate and other required information.• Achieved a 73% Software Development Performance Index according to Rally Software when compared to over 13,000 teams world-wide. Meaning that our teams were performing better than 73% of all teams when comparing productivity, predictability, responsiveness and quality.
