Added additional security and financial controls to comply with PCI and the numerous state and local regulations covering rebates, rebate processing, sweepstakes, and escheatment regulations.• Implemented a new on-line Consumer Rebate promotion system, including a mobile or smart phone application, where consumers can take a snapshot of a QR code and upload a photo of their rebate and other required information.• Achieved a 73% Software Development Performance Index according to Rally Software when compared to over 13,000 teams world-wide.
