In my role as project manager I conducted market research and developed ideas for conferences, with the aim of providing business leaders with the latest trends, technical development and regulations within their industry. It was my responsibility to secure that conference ideas was commercially viable, develop agendas that met the needs of the target audience, identify the most requested case studies and secure the top speakers within the industry. Responsibilities also included all copywriting used in the marketing process for print, web and other activities. In my role as a project manager I worked very closely with our internal departments such as marketing and sales to ensure that we delivered top quality conferences and attained highest ROI possible.
