I also oversaw programs and services directed to underserved and vulnerable populations statewide with workforce development in health professional shortage areas and managing funding to 23 Federally Qualified Health Centers and have operated a $60M annual budget over my tenure.A few notable accomplishments in this position include:• Relaunched the 24-member multidisciplinary New Jersey Maternal Mortality Review Committee to collect data and make actionable recommendations for improvements.• Serve as Principal for the Rapid Response Team and Rapid Mobile Response Team, procuring three mobile command centers and hiring 20 new team members to provide COVID-19 testing and vaccination at congregate settings to vulnerable populations.• Directing 12 different programs and initiatives and 28 staff.
