Digital transformation and innovation 💻 💡 - these are the two topics that excite me the most. As a creative and innovative thinker, I'm always on the lookout for new approaches and ideas on how we can use digitization to rethink processes and media. At Mainz University of Applied Sciences, my team and I are currently working on the further development of teaching and how we can make the acquisition of knowledge and skills fit for the future. However, my interest in innovation also extends beyond the field of education and I enjoy developing creative solutions to problems. Ideas for this are everywhere. As director Jean-Luc Godard said, "It's not where you take things from - it's where you take them to." So I firmly believe that in order to come up with innovative ideas, we need to look beyond the boundaries of our own bubble much more often.In an ever-changing world, it is crucial to embrace change and boldly break new ground. According to this psychological effect, we attribute a higher value to objects when they are in our possession. Apple takes advantage of this effect by setting the screens of their MacBooks to exactly 76°. This corresponds to an angle that is not exactly optimal to be able to see the display well. To get a good look at the MacBook, you have to adjust the angle and touch the device. By doing this, Apple has already gotten you to interact with their device and you just your first experience with how it would feel to own their product.
