Project Manager
Current- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with senior management and shop/field supervisors- Communicate with Fabricators and General Contractors- Communicate with Detailers- Release drawings to the shop for approval and fabrication- Prepare RFI’s and Change Orders- Develop and maintain customer relationships to enhance company’s ability to procure projects- Review weekly project status reports, project billings, and provide information as required to keep upper management and clients properly informed- Review with the project team the preliminary schedule and the detailed project schedule when available- Monitor project activities, resolve challenges which arise, especially those pertaining to changes, deficiencies, and punch list items
