• Serve as a liaison with 12 companies with multi ongoing projects for order processing, order expedites, and problem resolutions.• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to complete orders/projects with customer focus and satisfaction; ensure all projects are implemented in accordance within the agreed scope and time lines and make relevant recommendations to the clients.• Plan and coordinate supply of raw materials to comply with project requirements and ensure timely delivery of critical materials.• Research and update most-current pricing of the raw materials with various vendors and provide project estimation to the clients.• Generate weekly open project progress report to follow up with the client and implement necessary deviations to minimize discrepancies from occurring.• Oversee shipping department to ensure prompt deliveries of finished products to clients upon completion.• Represent the supply chain department during the upper management meetings.• Schedule and lead meetings with the supply vendors.• Train new-hires to accomplish tasks safely and efficiently.
