° Manager of a team of Field and In-Store VM.° Create outfits and styling for windows and in-store mannequin on a bi-weekly basis and communicate with my teams and lead in-store window display and VM launches.° Assist the Global Visual Manager in evolving the brand visual strategy and developing the brand visual proposition.° Liaise with buying & merchandising according to stores seasonal reports.° Manage the mock shop/ model-store to produce visual guidelines to at the end of every season evaluates stores.° Coordinate with stores team in order to meet expectations.° Sign off the seasonal model-store set up in retail stores – support retail stores in action planning to achieve the brand KPI’s.° Collates store graphics requirements (retail & wholesale) and coordinates orders with sourcing.° Produce weekly retail communication to inform mangers of any information from head office – including reactive VM updates..° Support key in-store events in retail stores and wholesale accounts as agreed with Global VM Manager.° Develop strong working relationships and communication link with Store Managers and Store staff.° Work alongside the marketing team for all calendar events and trade-shows (Pitti, B&B, LCM…)

- Manage 30 Visual Merchandisers and Stylists across the country. - Coordinate company directives given to stores by the corporate office in LA.- Give training to In-store team when updates need to be launched.- Ensure shop-floor is commercial and that we feature key peices in focal areas and on mannequins.- Prepare store and support LA team for international floorset (6 times a year)- I'm playing a big role in window schemes instalation as well as hair styling, sourcing and press/marketing event.- Support local teams for new store opening across Europe.
