I am an attorney-at-law with extensive experience in providing legal advice to companies, particularly in the areas of transactions in M&A, venture capital (VC), private equity (PE) and corporate governance. I advise on M&A transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, demergers, and restructurings, and prepare transactional documentation. I offer strategic counsel to management boards, supervisory boards, and shareholders, assisting in the resolution of corporate disputes.My specialization encompasses drafting and negotiating contracts with a particular focus on M&A transactions and VC/PE investments. This includes shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements, SPAs in share deals, asset deals, ESOPs, and agreements related to intellectual property. I lead legal due diligence processes and have been advising both sellers and buyers, founders and investment funds on transaction structuring and execution. Furthermore, I represent clients in litigation and court proceedings, ensuring full legal support across all stages of their business ventures.I graduated with honors from the Warsaw Bar Association.
