Programme OverviewThe commercial apprenticeship, starts each year at the beginning of June and lasts for three years. It provides the opportunity for young people to acquire the basic knowledge of a Bank employee.This programme is a challenging way of combining on-the-job training with 6 rotations around the bank, each with a 6 month duration, in the back, middle and front offices, with 2 days a week, at commercial school. Additional training in a banking school (CYP) is also compulsory. At the end of the apprenticeship I obtained a CFC (Certificat Federal de Capacité) recognised all over Switzerland.
