It is so easy to get blinded by the constant barrage of "new" technologies claming to be the next greatest slice of bread. People get distracted by the sales calls and marketing spin, and in doing so forget to follow the fundementals. This is where I shine.As a seasoned IT security leader my focus lies on implementing the fundamentals of cybersecurity. No fancy bells or whistles; I focus on the basics first. With a strong background in risk management and security operations, I help ensure business systems, networks, and data remain secure and in alignment with industry and government regulations. I firmly believe that if you build security properly you can be both secure and compliant.I have had the pleasure to work across many industries over the years, such as Department of Defense, Critical Infrastructure (Energy, Finance, Health), Entertainment, and Automotive. I've seen it all you could say.
