Responsible for academic support programs such as Supplemental Instruction, Walk-In Tutoring and Success Workshops. Duties included the daily supervision of one full-time Coordinator and over 80 student workers, hiring, training, marketing, program development and data analysis. Also, responsible for the development of a Freshmen Experience course for over 500 undecided and undeclared students.• Improvements were seen in retention rates by as much as 15%.• 99% of workshop attendees rated the sessions as meeting or exceeding expectations
