Council secretary position stood for two joined roles: economist and head of agency.• In the role as Chief economist main duties were: - calculation and supervision of fiscal rules according to the Fiscal discipline law, i.e. ex ante and ex post, as well as data vintages publication at the Council's website; - preparation of the drafts of yearly fiscal surveillance reports, interim fiscal surveillance reports as well as irregularity reports and Council's opinions; - in 2018 and in 2019 prepared research papers based on yearly surveys about fiscal discipline; - in co-operation with Council Chairman in 2018 organized political parties survey on fiscal discipline assessing the impact of political initiatives on budget expenditures and revenues. Exercise summarized in two research papers; - in co-operation with Council Fiscal risk expert in 2017 prepared fiscal sustainability report 2017-2037;- preparation of regular macroeconomic heat-map and debt sustainability assessment.• In the role as Head of Agency (administrative manager of institution) main duties were: - public reports preparation; research and maintenance procurements organization; - evaluation of the Council's expert work and HRM; - institution budget planning; - regular co-operation with local and international institutions on fiscal discipline issues.
