Working as a Hotel Manager in my duties where included tasks conected with hospitality, tourism, marketing, event management. I needed to solve the tasks icluding developing, designing, marketing, selling and organizing various forms of events. At the same time I had to orginise and manage hotel bookings, by communicating with clients and working with booking reservation system. In addition to basic offer I successfully developed new packages from our products. I managed marketing, communications, sales and finances. I was responsible to create all the invoice going out from the hotel (inc. invoices for conferences, groups, attraction park etc). I got a great experience in hotel management financies. I was responsible to lead hotel and leisure attraction park team. Organise marketing campains for Wild attraction park and ski slopes. Responsible for developing new ideas for bussiness development and market segment research. During my work I gained really good experience also in Tourism. Leaving the company I gaved a lot of creative ideas for bussiness development, that has been finished and are working really eficiently now.

Worked with European Voluntary Service project coordination. Found and took to Youth Exchanges in Germany youth with disablilities. Participated in Project "Latvijas pārrobežu sadarbības programmas atbalstītais projekts "Tolerance"" realisation, management, report preparation for EU funds.

My tasks were connected with European Voluntary Service project coordination. During this work I managed to organise 3 Youth Exchange experiences for disabled youth, by visiting and participating in projects in Hungary, Poland and Germany. Also I was responsible for office administration, report, invoices creation.

Braga Area, Portugal

At the time of ERASMUS studies I had a great chance to work and gain good experience in radio programm producing and hosting. I was responsible for full programm "ERASMUS voice" - the only programm at that time held in English. For each programm I had 3-5 persons for live interviews. I had to create the theme for each show.
