Nasdaq Baltic operates three stock exchanges – in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania – and the Nasdaq CSD under one Baltic roof, providing the capital market infrastructure across the whole value chain – from listing, trading, and market data to clearing and settlement and safe-keeping of securities. Nasdaq Riga is the only regulated secondary securities market in Latvia. My key tasks:🔹 Marketing strategy, activities, and budget planning and executing projects that enhance the organization's relations with the capital market community, government and regulatory authorities, and NGOs. 🔹 Setting direction, purpose, and key messaging for activities including notable Baltic-level events, local community activities, public relations, brand awareness. Driving the progress of projects and campaigns from initiation through delivery (among projects: Nasdaq Baltic Awards, Nasdaq Baltic new website re-building, Latvian #TOP101 Most Valuable Companies, etc.);🔹 Drafting complex communication materials e.g., scripts/speeches for management and events and ensure integration and coordination across the Baltic and Nordic communication initiatives;🔹 Supporting senior management in the content, development, and implementation of strategic initiatives and projects (e.g. 6 series of online discussions promoting a new Corporate Governance code for companies in Latvia introduced by the FCMC, the Ministry of Justice, and Nasdaq Riga.);🔹 Planning, creating, and managing a social media content calendar and scheduling posts.🔹 Creating, adding, and updating NasdaqBaltic.com (ENG, LV) website content in WordPress.

Nasdaq CSD provides post-trade infrastructure and a wide range of securities services for Baltic and Icelandic market participants. The central securities depository is a fundamental element in the financial markets, settling transactions in shares and other securities issued by companies and governments. My key tasks and responsibilities:🔹 Working closely with management to keep abreast of depository developments and trends to identify and prioritize communication needs and ensure integration and coordinationacross Nasdaq Baltic communication initiatives and activities ( among projects: communication and event management for the launch of Nasdaq CSD after the merger of the CSD of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania).🔹Implementing marketing plans that enhance the depository's relations with the community, the public and regulatory authorities, and participants.🔹 Setting key messaging for activities including notable Baltic-level events, local community activities, public relations.🔹 Working closely with internal departments to identify and prioritize communication needs, providing consultation as necessary.🔹Creating, adding, and updating NasdaqCSD.com website content in WordPress.
