This includes regular progress updates, status reports, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly by providing guidance and support. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and expectations. Following the project timeline and milestones ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements. Managing changes to project scope and schedule ensuring that the team is informed and aligned with any adjustments. Risk management by identifying potential challenges and taking action. Maintaining accurate project documentation.
