Currently, my daily tasks involve managing and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates in a high-volume environment during rapid organizational growth. Furthermore, as a leader of my team, which consists of TA Partners, I provide guidance, support, and training to enhance their performance and productivity.Additionally, I focus on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract top-tier talent, utilizing recruitment software/tools to track, manage, and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs. I build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, aligning recruitment efforts with organizational goals, while staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment processes and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.Moreover, I conduct executive searches globally and implement new channels of recruitment. I develop job descriptions, post job openings on various platforms globally, and organize career fairs and industry-specific roadshows to attract top talent. I also implement a referenced gathering app and participate in new ATS implementation.Additionally, I support the definition and implementation of motivation, engagement, and retention strategies for team members, coordinating and conducting onboarding processes for new team members, while actively contributing as part of Operational Excellence Champions.

Managing full cycle recruitment: sourcing, assessing and recruiting candidates for avariety of positions at different levels.

I took part in recruiting processes in December 2019 ,including: sourcing applicants, screened resumes, and conducted successful online job interviews worldwide. My highest success in SmartLynx was to implement company’s Service Standards manual. Under my supervision 500+ people from 30+ different nationalities learned customer service basics and company standards to successfully address client’s needs. I’m passionate about training and coaching, I have strong problem-solving skills and I am able to adapt and I enjoy dynamic work environment.

Supervising and coordinating other cabin crew member work during the flight: coaching, mentoring and assisting. Acting as a conflict manager for both: passengers and crew members. Monitoring, creating and overseeing customer experience and perception of brand and service. My biggest achievement during this time was to present SmartLynx Airlines in Inflight Sales Person of the Year competition held in UK, on January 2015 and winning in Emotionally Intelligent Teamwork category.
