As the driving force behind the state-wide implementation of the Clifton Strengths coaching initiative, my core responsibility is training the Gallop-certified strengths coaches and developing a sustainability plan for participating schools. In addition to designing career development curricula, I teach college and career readiness courses and provide career coaching focusing on career exploration and planning, goal setting, transition planning, and leadership development. By leveraging their education, experience, and expertise, I empower students, staff, and parents to create a personal brand that significantly boosts confidence and enhances career opportunities.

As the head of professional development initiatives, my primary responsibility was establishing a framework for learning and development programs. I implemented consistent approaches across the organization, including delivery, assessment, reporting, and evaluation. I also developed policies and procedures to manage change, business practices, and ensure that these initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. In addition to supervising the development of curriculum and training programs, I ensured that these programs met grant requirements. Finally, through executive coaching sessions, I fostered a leadership capacity that enabled clarity in strategic planning.

As a consultant, I provided top-tier consulting services and took the lead in designing and implementing customized learning and development programs, workshops, curricula, and other training materials. These were delivered through various methods, including virtual, classroom, instructor-led, or self-paced training. Furthermore, I successfully overhauled business processes and systems to streamline strategic planning, increase efficiency, and enhance employee performance.

While leading the training department, I implemented various solutions to address organizational development, change management, staff development, and employee engagement. By designing and executing programs that aligned with our strategic goals, conducting needs analysis, and adhering to compliance regulations, I was able to close proficiency gaps and enhance overall performance. My leadership development programs and executive coaching helped expedite the growth of leadership capabilities and fostered a culture of communication, collaboration, and accountability.

As a master cosmetologist, I provided theoretical and technical instruction to high school students and adult learners. I designed academic programs for post-secondary education that met federal regulations, policies, and standards. I revamped instructional strategies, individual education plans, and curriculum designs to ensure industry standards were met. By implementing standards for consultation, cleanliness, and booking, I improved the customer experience, increased service and retail sales, and decreased the number of customer complaints.
