• In alignment with organizational strategic priorities, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of Partners In Health Board of Trustees members, select major gift donors, and other long-time partners attached to the organization’s co-founders and CEO • Manage a robust individualized stewardship plan, in partnership with managing director, to ensure strategic management and accompaniment of board members and select CEO donor relationships, resulting in over $10 million raised annually • Design and implement region-specific engagement strategies that leverage trustees and their networks through targeted high-level meetings, events, and other initiatives • Collaborate with colleagues across major & principal gift and advocacy teams to create engagement activities that align trustee and donor interests with resource mobilization and partnerships strategies• Create compelling proposals, stewardship reports, programmatic updates, and event briefings for trustees and select high-level donors• Provide various degrees of fundraising & other strategic support to leadership and Board members to help them cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and their networks as appropriate• Support board manager with virtual events and in-person Board meetings that ensure highest-level engagement for all trustees• Prepare and manage site visits with trustees and major donors to Partners In Health’s 11 partner countries
