Delivery and support options were standard engineering roles with key metrics surrounding the POC process, customer demos, regression testing and sales. The management and control of the evaluation process, from training, through the customer’s specific use case, was critical in the sales cycle. Configuration included: traffic profiles, WAN ports, firewall settings, DHCP, subnets, QoS, Wi-Fi and load balancing.Developed support and training for CDW. Developed and implemented post-sale SYNNEX customer touch points for an overview and introduction to the product including Fortinet firewalls. Additionally, provided mentoring, training and inspiration to channel teams that directed those relationships.Target markets for the SD-Branch product was strategically directed at multi-locations verticals (Retail, Restaurant, and hospitality) with concentration in the MSP, VAR, and re-seller channels.
