The goal was to develop innovative ideas to improve the relationship with stakeholders of Alpina. • Process Innovation: Applying the Lean Start-Up method and discovery strategies, I researched the concerns of Alpina’s stakeholders and analysed their significant needs. The outcome was a Minimum Viable Product designed to overcome a business threat for Alpina. • Personal Skills: Led a cross-national team of fifteen persons. Pitched the team project to several Executives of Bancolombia and Alpina.
