• Product Innovation: Led the creation and implementation of new financial products involving numerous Departments and partners. • Managerial Activities: Coordinated and supervised the outside legal counsels of the Leasing Department. Oversaw lawyers across the Country in the execution of commercial transactions related to credit, factoring and lease agreements with governmental institutions. • Sales Advisory: Provided legal advice to the Sales Department and generated formulas to proceed with commercial contracts, fulfilling the requirements of the legislation. • Legal Advisory: Provided legal advice to multiple Departments concerning the design, development, structuring and implementation of new financial products. • Legal Innovation: Created and published digital legal policies, manuals and templates to assist the employees in the control of operational risk.

• Open Innovation: Worked as leader of a cross-functional team created by the Innovation Departments of Bancolombia and Alpina (the most prominent dairy company in Colombia). The goal was to develop innovative ideas to improve the relationship with stakeholders of Alpina. • Process Innovation: Applying the Lean Start-Up method and discovery strategies, I researched the concerns of Alpina’s stakeholders and analysed their significant needs. The outcome was a Minimum Viable Product designed to overcome a business threat for Alpina. • Personal Skills: Led a cross-national team of fifteen persons. Pitched the team project to several Executives of Bancolombia and Alpina.
