With a background in non-profit organizations and government agencies, my career has been dedicated to social security rights and managing consumer assistance and benefits. I hold accreditation as a Certified Peer Advocate and Counselor from the New York Peer Specialist Certification Board (NYPSCB). Additionally, I am actively engaged with The City of New York/Community Planning Board #1 - Bronx (2023/24) and serve as a member of the Workforce Development Committee with the National Association of Peer Supporters. As an author, I have published seven books available on Amazon. Leading the Peer VR initiative, I focus on researching and partnering with organizations to provide mental health support using cutting-edge Virtual Reality (VR) technologies. Our mission is to harness the power of VR to enhance mental health care and make support more accessible and effective for those in need.
