Above all she values teamwork, learning, and making a difference, and strives to support her team and clients wherever necessary to drive success.During her early career journey she has developed and grown her skills in event management, email and social media marketing, SEO, and digital design, using tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Canva. Dacota graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a BBA in Marketing, specializing in Digital Marketing. There, she gained valuable experience through the American Marketing Association as an account assistant for the Sales Institute, building their first website through WordPress, and as the VP of Workshops for the Digital Division, teaching her peers key digital marketing skills.
