I've always carried a great interest in gaming, technology, writing, and music. Initially beginning my journalistic venture at a (now defunct) site called Gamer-Talk, I quickly discovered a passion for writing about video games and tech.Because of the many traveling opportunities I've had, I've made a large number of connections over the years, specifically in the gaming industry, which I'm very grateful for. As a gamer, musician, programmer, designer, QA specialist, and manager, I've collected a vast range of skills pertaining to the gaming, tech, and start-up industry.During the years of 2009-2012, I developed relationships with users, moderators, and administrators from reddit.com. My previous work experience would help me land a job offer there in December 2011.Unfortunately, in January 2012, I was diagnosed with Leukemia. With four rounds of chemo, and a bone marrow transplant, I successfully recovered from leukemia. However, in May 2013, I had a relapse and was rediagnosed with leukemia. I've undergone more chemo and a second bone marrow transplant and am currently in recovery. I was the Community Manager for the world's largest online community at reddit.com. Presently, I am the Communications Director for the ridiculous party bus that is MAGFest Inc.
