The challenge is to coordinate a team in charge of make the pricing analysis on the competition, as well as serve the important requirements at regional level that allow us to get great commercial insights.- Develop and lead the team and its functions, composed by 4 pricing analysts.- Following the benchmark between Linio and similar sites, and pricing analysis in the competition.- Generate reports for daily, weekly and monthly consult about the teams performance and key indicators.- Collect and analyze data that allows tracing and contribute with key information for the business.- Monitor the correct functions of the tools for daily tasks.- Coordinate with commercial teams the pricing support in key campaigns.- Generate ideas and projects for process automatization.- Monitor KPIs.- Mantaign an effective communication with commercial teams at regional level.

The challenge is to develop and enhance seller account's, mantaining them inside the operative indicator for the KPIs accomplishment, assuring their effective sales.-Capacitate and guide sellers through the platform usage where their sales and pays are canalized, beign the account executive assignated, for the accomplishment of goals and getting a higher satisfaction for our allies.-Develop the seller's assignation based on SME accounts, increasing their assortment, enhancing their operatives indicators, getting ideal sales and incorporate them on campaigns to enhance their sales.-Verify their order status, devolutions and cancelations.-Solve the different inconvenients that presents to the sellers in the different process of the operation.- Impulse sub-categories with potential to grow, to get a major increase in sales and share inside the business.- Identify needs inside the commercial area and make analysis to solve problems generated during the sale process.- Having a outstanding communication with other areas in the business and contribute with improvements associated to the sellers.
