Backroom managment

As a Civilian Employee I sever a vital role in maintaining the Nation's Military by ensuring that each new member of the Amed Forces; Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard; meets the high mental, physical, academic and moral standards required by th Department of Defense. I coordinate with School Officials to assure adequate test site facilities, proper environment, test room control, and test security. I've administered over Two Thousand written tests in local commuting area up to 100 miles radius, using own vehicle to transport, material, and maintain security, and inventory of test materials.

Supervising Ten Security Officers, Several Hundred FedEx Employees and Class A Vehicles Inspections, and all Security Screening Matters, over three shifts, Twenty-Four-Seven.
