Establish manufacturing processes for overhaul and repair of CFM56-7B and 7BDAC enginesHire and train mechanics Evaluate find root cause for engine removals, workscope engines for compliance with FAA AD's, and develop a cost effective plan of action to repair and return engine to serviceEvaluate and develop repairs for parts that failed to meet aproved/ released FAA repairs.
