Dads Matter Too! Why giving dads equal time is good for an organization's bottom lineI am a Fatherhood expert, and the president and founder of DAD-Ease, an ecosystem of service solutions dedicated to helping fathers achieve parenting equality. As a Doctor of Social Work, my research is focused on improving parenting outcomes with balanced caregiving and custody. Additionally, I am an SEL expert with a journaling framework that does qualitative and quantitative measurements to test the effectiveness of your self-care practice. I work with schools (including students, administrators, and faculty), as well as mental health professionals. In my spare time, I host GladverseTV on the Everyday Woman streaming channel, where my motto is, "The silver lining is always our North Star".I conduct workshops, retreats, and coaching in small to large groups.
