Installation and commissioning of industrial high pressure cleaning machines and electro plating plant across India.Site visit for Breakdown, Troubleshooting and AMC of the machines. Repaired and replaced Mechanical system, Pneumatic Hydraulic system and electrical components and coordinated maintenance activities with a team of application engineer.Provided operational and maintenance training to the operators and engineers about our machines at the site visit.Responsible for Spare parts, AMC enquiry generation, Follow up, negotiation & execution of the order.Providing online support to the customer in order to rectify the issues on the machine and spare part related queries. Supporting Electrical team for Control Panel Wiring and Field wiring at Site.Actively participated in R&D work and New Product Development in terms of Design, Manufacturing and Shop floor Activities.Developing local vendor for Pneumatic and mechanical spare parts in order to provide spare on time.
