 Commissioning of AMH Automated Material Handling systems like Daifuku for storage and retrieval, ATS Conveyor system, Ancra systems for auto unloading, GUDEL Gantry and Actiw Loadmatic plate for auto loading in integration with SAP EWM. Responsible for overall Raw, packing materials and Finished Goods handling, Assess Routine and Non Routine operations, Formulate SOP’s, Vendor Management, Team handling, Process training, and safety at the site. Handling an average production of 10000 KL Per month, dispatch planning for the same against the STO’s. Maintain system hygiene, master data creation of the SKU’s, automated system trouble shooting. Outbound Operation, dispatch planning of 800KL per day for Entire South, North Eastern Region of India in consideration with load balancing and demand planning. Monitoring stock movements based on FIRST IN FIRST OUT (FIFO), Bin Optimization, coordinating the shipment of stocks, STO aging, Critical SKU’s planning, Exceptional stock handling, Developing cost effective cargo securing methods analyse and enhance productivity, vendor development projects, Presenting Management Information Reports (MIS) and analyses to senior management. Work cross-functionally with different teams within and outside SCM in ideating and defining process and systems. Maintain zero variances, schedule periodic cycle counts, quality checks for correctness of the stocks without any discrepancies. Fix SOP’s for equipment handing, Process SOP’s.  Member of Apex safety committee, Department safety committee, responsible for conducting safety trainings and create awareness on safe working procedures and safe equipment handling
