Ensuring successful delivery of various data services programs including ERP Data Migration, Data Stewardship, Master Data Governance, Data Rationalization and Enrichment, Data Quality and Analytics, Data Reporting, Master Data Management, ETL2. Business Relationship3. Pre-sales4. Business Growth and generating revenue through new opportunities5. As Solution Architect/SME, providing Data related solutions using best tool/methodologies and processes, best practices, standardization.6. As ERP Data Program Manager for Manufacturing Major, I am responsible for successful delivery of the data migration solutions for critical functions like Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercials, and Sourcing7. Responsible for managing the ERP implementation program for overall data migration from various business sites across the globe (US, Europe, Asia)8. Responsible for preparing the overall project plan, budget, scope, schedule, data cutover plan, total efforts, and team staffing for the project9. Works collaboratively with our Customer and other stakeholders to design the business blue print for the implementation of SAP10. Involved in business meetings with various legacy system owners to understand the legacy system and solution design.11. Involved in project audits submitting overall detailed project plan, execution plan, risks involved and its mitigation for the project12. Coordinate with the Customer IT teams, Business functional leaders and site cleansing leads to define data quality rules and translate them into standards13. Managing closely monitoring the development and implementation of data migration solutions for data scoping, mapping, conversions, validations, cleansing, and change control management as per project timelines14. Responsible for managing data cleansing progress by providing required insights to Customer business team15. Responsible to lay down various best practices, lessons learnt and data migration methodologies and standardize overall approach of data migration16. As a Sourcing Data Steward work with Sourcing business users to drive data scoping, mapping and conversions, transformation, validation and cleansing activities for key data objects including Vendor Master, Vendor Banking/Bank Master, PIR, Source Lists, Purchase Orders for target SAP Readiness 17. Delivery any Data Programs like Data Profiling, Data Cleansing, Data Migration & Data Dovernance
