Currently working as a RPA Automation project Manager and have a total of 2 years of experience. The role includes collaborating with the RPA technology team and key stakeholders. It involves managing the business of stakeholders process automation, understanding the process requirement, analyzing the business process, carrying out feasibility analysis, complexity analysis, proposing the plan and documents and test case creations. I have worked with Blue prism and Uipath processes so far and hold good communication with a strong foundation in problem-solving and proficiency in RPA, I've contributed to streamlining processes and enhancing documentation efficiency, ensuring my multilingual abilities serve to better our diverse stakeholders interactions.
