- Manage projects from conceptualization to execution- Responsible for event production, planning and logistics execution, liaise with clients, sponsors, speakers, delegates and vendors, etc- Overlooking multiple projects while working with various internal teams for the design, development, production and execution of event concepts and budget proposals- Coordinate and manage various event systems (include virtual event platforms)- Directing presentations and pitches to prospective clients and partners- Manage production and onsite operations team- Organize, plan and coordinate events, including conferences, webinars, seminars, executive luncheons, cocktails, gala dinners, exhibitions, virtual meeting etc- Achieving different goals and objectives through different projects- Oversee follow through of projects, ensuring proper closure by finalizing accounts and post project reports and documentation

- Manage customer travel bookings with meeting customer & company- Meet customers' service quality and travel policy management requirements- Provide necessary documentations / information as required to support- Customer travel proposals / quotations- Handling customers for international/Domestic holiday packages, follow ups with customers and clients- Applying Visa
