💼I am an advocate and a seasoned professional who advises national and international clients on a daily basis on issues of employment/labour and immigration law, as well as contract law, with a particular focus on contracts used in so-called atypical forms of employment (e.g. B2B, management contracts). I draft non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, in force during and after the termination of cooperation, non-disclosure clauses (NDAs), design and supervise restructuring processes involving collective redundancies or so-called company transitions.
