Project Manager for Oberoi catering Facility New Delhi, India.

Cox Rayner Townsville I have been involved in 2 major projects. Firstly heavily involved in the Project Management of Jezzine Barracks Redevelopment. This is a 15 hectare parcel of land gifted back to the community and redeveloped and will include new works of a Community Centre, kiosk, amphitheatre, picnic and barbecue shelters, playground, open space, Ethno-Botanical Trail, public facilities, car parks, and a City Council maintenance depot. Total budget 42 million.Secondly Townsville Flinders st Mall redevelopment. This is more a Site Architects role as the project is 40% completed. I have been required to attend design meetings held weekly for the project. The project is bringing back a functional st removing an 80’s mall scheme. It includes the creation of a central plaza including a pavilion building and fountains. Total budget 30 Million.My overall role was to encourage future growth to enable a permanent office located in North Qld wile facilitating on ground assistance to all Cox projects which became successful in Nov 2009 employing 4 local staff.

-Sunshine Coast TAFE building. This was a new build, 4 stories, total area 3700 m². The project was a DNC with a very tight timeline. My role consisted of managing the project through Concept to Design Development coordinating all disciplines and internal staff to deliver the project on time and under budget.-Enhanced Land Force Stage 2b – 3rd Combat Service Support BattalionPrecinct Planning | 2009 | $168mil-Enhanced Land Force Stage 2b – 7th Command Signals Regiment Precinct Planning | 2009 | $416.3milConrad Gargett Architecture was engaged to establish the briefed requirements and develop the master plan for redevelopment of 3 CSSB and the Logistic Precinct at Lavarack Barracks for PWC approval.The master plan delivered a functional layout for 3 CSSB, JLU & 10 FSB to cater for their increasing role and operational capability.Detailed briefing for the 3 CSSB components included the Battalion Head Quarters, Amin Coy, TPT Sqn, Sup Coy, Eme Coy, Health Coy, Catering Coy, Unit Training Facility, Field Supply, Pol Store, Workshops and Wharehouses.A logistics compound of 19,000 sqm supported the wharehouse along with vehicle shelters and compound of 15,900 sqm housing 330 covered Vehicles & 230 Trailer parking bays.My role involved the design & preliminary documentation of the entire site which helped support a Brief illustrating the need for future expansion.

-Nakheel Harbour & Tower, One of the world’s most challenging projects, Dubai, UAE. (Architect, Team Leader) Structure/Lifting/Sky Bridges and observation area. Over 1klm high this tower and podium combined will be the largest building in the world with the most usable floor space. Concept through to Design development.-Atrium Dubai waterfront, Dubai, UAE. Rising to a height of 278m, 69 occupied residential floors, 3 basements and total GFA of 167961 square meters.-St Regis Hotel and offices, Dubai, UAE.
