Cox Rayner Townsville I have been involved in 2 major projects. Firstly heavily involved in the Project Management of Jezzine Barracks Redevelopment. This is a 15 hectare parcel of land gifted back to the community and redeveloped and will include new works of a Community Centre, kiosk, amphitheatre, picnic and barbecue shelters, playground, open space.

-Sunshine Coast TAFE building. This was a new build, 4 stories, total area 3700 m². The project was a DNC with a very tight timeline. My role consisted of managing the project through Concept to Design Development coordinating all disciplines and internal staff to deliver the project on time and under budget.-Enhanced Land Force Stage 2b – 3rd Combat.

-Nakheel Harbour & Tower, One of the world’s most challenging projects, Dubai, UAE. (Architect, Team Leader) Structure/Lifting/Sky Bridges and observation area. Over 1klm high this tower and podium combined will be the largest building in the world with the most usable floor space. Concept through to Design development.-Atrium Dubai waterfront, Dubai, UAE..
