About David A. Derusha
From 1963 to date I have been involved in the building and development business. In 1972, I started contracting my own carpentry business and by 1976, I was designing, financing, marketing, building housing, and developing properties. In the 1980s, I started building and developing multi-family and commercial projects.In 1979, I was appointed to the Avon Township, Michigan Planning Commission. From there I was appointed to many positions as shown below. In 1996 to date, I became a managing member of an Environmental Company for Oil and Water Separators, Bio-transformation Technologies, and Energy Generating Systems.From 2002 to 2010, I produced over $60,000,000.00 in projects with our in house building company, using our full service excavating, grading, asphalt, and hauling construction equipment.Since 2010, I have been working with companies and people who either want to invest in distressed assets or are in need of assistance in keeping their holdings. Because of my years of experience in structuring deals, I have been using that knowledge to provide those services. I currently have designed a mixed use mid-rise senior housing development to be built on Lake Lanier, in Gainesville, GA for investors looking for an immediate marketable opportunity.In 2013 I became president of the Honeycutt Company a think tank product development team.In 2014 we developed a process to reduce the allergenic factor in Peanut Butter and with a Squeeze Bottle benefit. On February 10, 2015 we launch a new product brand Vfense that is a Virus Shield Spray to protect people from virus contamination.In August of 2015, we formed Reactive Energy, Inc. to purchase Climax Global Energy/Highwave assets that were foreclosed on in September of 2014. I have followed this microwave environmental technology since 2013 that converts plastic waste to synthetic diesel fuel and syncrude wax. We are still looking for investors to get this turnkey operation back up and running.
