Knowledgeable Interior Architectural Designer. My foundation in design began in property restorations and management. For eleven years, this career gave me a strong background in materials, building construction, space planning, customer service and project management. Working with people is enjoyable, and it allows me to foster professional relationships with each client. I am successful at building trust and understanding with my clients and work hard each day to surpass all my clients' expectations. As my background shows, I am diligent, focused and energetic and would make a strong member of any design project. These are just a few of the highlights of what I can offer: Highlighted Skills: 3D Renderings(Sketchup), Photoshop, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office & Complex Problem Solver Design Savvy: Understanding ADA Coding, Proficient in Space Planning/ Organization, Researcher and Textiles and Materials Erudition. Currently, I hold two degrees in Art and Interior Design along with five certifications; although, I took a short break from the property restoration industry...due to furthering my education for a career change. However, I worked hard to stay current with the industry during my time away by studying design trends, drafting, staging and freelancing jobs, as well as building vendor relationships. Presently, I was excepted into the UNLV Civil Engineering program and looking forward to attending spring 2018 and furthering all facets of design.
