Processed paper User Management Forms and electronic UMT Worklists for the creation and maintenance of InForm accounts within specified time frames- Provided updates to the Sponsor, the FCR Team and the Implementation Managers on the creation/maintenance of InForm accounts- Communicated with Sponsor via email regarding issues on creation/maintenance of InForm accounts and follow-up on resolutions in a timely fashion- Ensured that all data is entered/updated correctly in the CRM system- Completed QC activities for User Management activities completed by other Helpdesk Administrators when requested- Escalated promptly to FCR TL any issues with completion of User Management or compliance with SLA
