During my tenure at UMKHEP, the following tasks are on my end:1. Assisting GM with the funding arrangement2. Presentation and furnishing at the consortium of banks for funding of the project3. Designer selection for the project component4. Managing of construction of access roads, camp facilities, construction power, and estimation of components of the project.5. Handling of social issues and land acquisition.6. Design supervision and project implementation as per the master schedule7. Procurement of Dam/headworks, underground works, powerhouse and penstock, electromechanical, hydromechanical, and transmission line works. (including the preparation of tender documents and contract documents)8. Regular supervision of construction.9. Inspection of Hydromechanical and Electromechanical equipment at their respective factories.
